I really enjoy music by Violist & composer, Rebecca Clarke.
I don't know if the score is available for free anywhere (I can't find any), but if you are looking for something to play for this Holiday Season, consider Rebecca's "Combined Carols", performed here by Clarke's Carolers at the Eastman School of Music.
Rebecca Clarke (1886-1979) is best known for her Viola Sonata of 1919. Her "Combined Carols" was composed in 1940 or 1941. It was first published in 2012.
...finding it hard to get into the Holiday Spirit this year.
Anyone have a favorite Classical Christmas piece to share?
