So I seem to have a lot of questions these days. As I mentioned on one of my other posts, My brother and I get together and Jam from time to time. We have a few songs that we can both play. However one song that I would love to learn the fiddle part to and can't seem to find any resources is Foggy Mountain Breakdown.
I was curious if any of you knew the tune and would be willing to share some insight. Or maybe it could be a project like I had seen in some of the other posts.
Thoughts?

Hillbilly Jazz is an invention of Vassar Clements and isnt the same as Bluegrass. Bluegrass is the dance version of old time songs, dressed up for recording and copywriting. Bluegrass the the term and genre is an invention of Bill Monroe and his bluegrass boys.
IMO- just sayin.
I bring this up because I got b-slapped by the bluegrass police on another site for speaking falsly of thier idol. ha ha!

Dang, PF, you beat me to that video by ten minutes. I was all ready to post when I saw yours.
But I'll post anyway, because this copy may have a little better video quality.
You get Scruggs et al, with fiddle, banjo, steel, and harmonica solos, and pork pie hats. Lester does not get much face time.
