As far as the "New Tuning" video, your E string is way off and the other strings are OK. Your E was much lower than it should be. Like a C.

Yea.. probably because of all the other strings taking off the tension once she tuned those...
@SparkleFountain When your violin is out of tune like that, you need to go over each string a few more times after tuning the others, since your instrument has a slight flexibility and it's under tension from the strings so whenever you tune a string up it takes over some of that tension, lowering it on all the others, generally the thinner the string, the higher the difference in tune after tuning the others so because of that I usually tune my E last, then check all of them once more just to be sure.
