Happy Holidays everyone!  This is my first video that I recorded with my smartphone.  It wasn't ideal since I had to place it on my music stand while I played in order for it to be high enough.  Anyways this was played with my new violin that I got on Thursday.  I must say it is a lot easier playing when not recording.  Normally I don't look at the sheet music but I performance anxiety gets to all of us!

This is four months of playing the violin again. Just a simple Christmas tune enjoy!  Criticism and suggestions welcome.

What a nice job, Alex. Intonation was real nice too. I like the fact that you use all your bow and you have a very relaxed smooth way about yourself. I'm curious as to which violin you bought.

Real nice medley.  clap

Happy Holiday's to you and your's also.   santa3

Beautifully played! For four months, that's absolutely bloody fantastic! clap

Funny thing is, I was searching YouTube for a nice Christmas medley on violin the other day, and none were any good. This is. So thank you! gingerbreadhousesanta3

The song at 0:29-0:51, what's that called in English? Actually, would you mind writing a list of all the songs you played? I only recognised about 2/3... smile
