I’m pretty happy with this. Obviously I go wrong but I thought I’d share in case anyone has any pointers.

Much better than when you had tapes on, just shows that you probably havent needed them for a long time, your intonation is spot on, well done.
I think you will now progress a lot faster.

That’s amazing thanks for the comments! I was thinking it was like a step back because now I’m playing really simple songs but it’s really a step forward!
Thanks Stringy, I’m listening for the ringy notes I think the only one I can hear at the moment is when the open g rings when I play g in tune! I can kind of find it without my tuner but I have my tuner on all the time at the moment. I’m hoping the more times I get notes in tune, I’ll be able to recognise them so when I’m out at least I’ll know. If I can get the that stage I’ll be really happy!
I think playing the d major scale and Sevcik and things like Hot Cross Buns and Old Macdonald is the way to go!!
