Hi everybody, so I've been working on double stops. Trying to have them sound nice and hear both strings all the time is quite some challenge. And then also have them in tune is not easy. Here is what I managed so far. I'm happy with all tips to improve my playing. :-)

By the way, I used the sheet music from this website. Thanks Fiddlerman for providing so much sheet music for beginners, it's very helpful!

Good job!  It sounds beautiful.  You might want to put in a few notes that are not double stops for variation but if your goal for this song is just double stops, well, good job lol.

Opportunity is often missed because it wears suspenders and looks like hard work.

yep, @marikoli, nicely done on the double stops !    clapclapclap

It really is a lovely little tune !

I seriously recommend not copying my mistakes. D'oh - guntohead.JPG

Please make your own, different mistakes, and help us all learn :-)

Good job there. :)

I've been having a go at the same version and it's not easy at all! I have the same problems with the double stops, getting both notes in tune at the same time, and getting even pressure on each string.
