Thank you.  I hope you love your strings and bow.   I really enjoyed that.  So great to hear you play.   It sounds great on the EV.   You made the song your own.  Nice work.  I can't find anything to critique... I think you are ready for the performance!!

Maybe a few power practice sessions to get up your complete overall confidence in the whole piece to add bits of power into it... If that makes sense. If not, I am the worst person to offer advice.

(Inspired.. I will be playing this when I get home tonight.. I love love love to play it.)

Thanks so much!

Cheers.

Wow, very well played, @HotHands.

You're inspiring me. I got to learn the tune some day.

You did great. Thanks for the post.

thanks! i really enjoy the new sound, it reenergized my spark to play. i think i know what you mean though, it needs more dynamics. there was a bit more to it that i left out because of intonation issues but i thought it sounded alright. much appreciated for the feedback!

Very, very nice. I'm impressed.

Nice job @HotHands ... Makes me homesick for me electric violin. It's been in storage for 2.5 years but will be coming home in about a month. Have fun performing ... Such a great piece.semiquaver-1214

thanks! im glad you all like it! such a wonderful song and im excited to perform it for graduation. since i never think im good enough for and audience ill be striving to improve and embelish all while enjoying something i love doing. haha everytime i think about performing im reminded of my first piano performance....i face planted on the hollow wooden steps on the way to the stage, the sound echoed throughout the auditorium hahaha.

Oh gosh.. scary about that piano experience.

You are ready....  I am excited for your performance!  That is a great tune to play.. it is familiar and beautiful.   :)

You are good enough (more than) to play that song for an audience.  us-4240

Hi and welcome to the family...

I saw nothing I could add to help your performance. I would prefer to hear that very last note to have a "dying" vibrato in it. Maybe start with some moderate vibrato and then slowly change to a solid softer note.

All those quick 1/8 notes in the middle kinda lost me but I'm thinking a lot of performances at sporting events and things like graduation have that personalization in it so keep it if you like it.

That was awesome. You rock! thumbs-up

@cdennyb you know? thats a great idea with the dying vibrato thing, i think ill give it a shot. i was playing around with the 1/8 notes you mentioned, when i left them out it sounded a bit "boring", but when i try changing or adding a little more its just too busy so ill probably keep them as is. thanks for the ideas! @StoneDog much appreciated, ill be posting more in the future, ive a couple more projects in the chute
