This playing is meant for dedication. The main goal is to convey the emotion of the day - for a special reason! Given the constraint of time, it was not practiced to the perfection.  I've been mostly self-teaching violin, and, with my work schedule nowadays, I barely have time to play it!

I intended to post this clip into the "Share a Video" forum, and not the "Critique Corner" forum here.  I knew I hit the strings a few times in this playing, so I did not intend to seek critiques. However, I decided not to post into the "Share a Video" forum because this is a sad tune, and I'd like people to stay focus on the 10-year Anniversary Video of the Fiddlershop, which is a happy theme.  :)

@V T -

So this is a tribute to the Fiddlershop and you do not wish be critiqued - correct?

Nice!

@ELCBK

Hi:

The dedication is personal.  Nothing to do with the Fiddlershop, whatsoever.

I simply wanted to share the violin playing of some beautiful music tune.

You misread the post.

But thanks for watching the clip.

@V T Rhat was simply beautiful. I loved it. You make such wonderful music. Thank you so much.

By the way, let me know if you ever want it moved to share a video. Very easy to do. The entire thread, including replies, will go with it.

Thanks everyone for watching.  I will try to do some learning and playing music whenever I can.   I wish I had more free time nowadays.

@stringy

suggest to try again.  Maybe you forgot to turn on the computer speaker ?  Or your computer is out of memory.  YouTube may take a lot of system memory.  If your computer runs low on memory, sound wont' work and you need to restart it. Then the sound will work.
