I second that! A tutorial on how to cut a bridge would be great. If you could make it pretty understandable.
(I speak for myself, but pictures are beyond helpful when paired with an explanation!)
If you do not wish to Kevin, if anyone wishes to, that would be great as well!
On "Cheap eBay violins" … Just tell people they are like a Charlie Brown Christmas Tree. With a little love, and some practice, they too can be made beautiful.

Michael Darnton, a very well known luthier, has made select chapters of his upcoming book available online. The chapter on setup is a bit technical, but it covers all aspects of the ideal violin setup, including pegs, bridges, making a new nut or fingerboard, etc, etc. No pictures though. He has a wonderful blog with photos here.
ViolinBridges has an archive of bridge pictures from great makers.
Andrew Carruthers has a nice pictorial on bridge fitting.
