If you are having issues with PM'ing, please reply here. Include what your issues are, specifically, what device your are using, and this may sound strange, but what color theme you are using for the forum.
Could you please include a screenshot from your PM composing page that shows what you see at the bottom where the send option would be? I do not want any part of messages above or below included, just that section.
An example:

Hi mouse , if I want to reply to a message I don’t have a send button , I just have this:

@Katie L What color theme is your forum page using? Look down at the bottom of the forum. There is a theme option. In the drop down options, select the berries-n-cream. Go back to the inbox and check to see if you can see the options to preview, cancel or send the private message. Some themes are so light, and some members have the brightness so low, that the options don't show.
That was the problem before when I had the issue, although the PM text box is a little different now.
If this does not fix it, please include the type of device you are using. Were you able to reply before? When did the issue start? Did you make any changes to your screen theme when this happened?

Thanks mouse but it still doesn’t work I’m using my I phone. I didn’t know I had an in box until recently and haven’t made any changes except to change it to berries.

This is very odd. Is your phone Android or Apple? It works on my Apple.

I just sent her a test PM and she was able to reply this time. It is weird the options were not showing up for her before.

On fiddlemans screen shot I can see the send button to the right or the preview button looks like a open letter my phone is the same way it's ghosted out.
