@Gordon Shumway I just got the search to work.Could you jist not find it, or did you find it and it did not work?

If you can't find it, check my previous post. I think it is the last post on page 1 of this topic.

Didn't work at all when i searched for "posture" or "stance" or "galway". It just takes me to the forum home page each time. It seems to work within this thread, but not at a high level.

Yes, the advanced search works if you tick enough boxes, but it's a bit elaborate.

That is a matter of the forum platform, I believe. It has always worked like this, as far as I can remember.

Forget about the regular search... just use the 'advanced' - it works.

Funny, I've been using the advanced search quite a bit, but just (now) noticed the box to include Blogs! 🥴

If it was a snake... oh, well.

If you click to "match phrase", it will narrow it down a little. But, you still get a lot of hits. There is a ton of info on this site, your searches are going to search everything. Like I said, this has always been the case since I joined. I guess it is a matter of being able to narrow down the search with your working and the options selected, but you will still get quite a few hits.

The search is a good example as to why using accurate topic titles are so very important. When members just say, "help", "help needed", "bad day", etc and then in the post go into detail. The detail as to what the issue is should be in the topic title. That would sure help with searches. Maybe someone else has questions about the same thing. Just a tip for those reading this. Topic titles that reflect the topic are so important.

Off my box. Back to this topic subject matter, 😂.

This was started quickly because of all the questions. I just threw it together. Changed it.

I know. It was just done quickly. But, the new name, if people use any of those words, can be found for reference.

Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.
