Duets
I think when you first start playing a 2nd violin part, it is helpful to
1) Know the violin 1 part
2) See both parts at the same time as you play the 2nd violin part
This is a good beginning level duet on YouTube that can be used as a play-along. The person doing the video provided a copy of the sheet music in a link in the video description as well, which I just attached below.
Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.
