To me this is a lot of jazz mixed with pop, and rock. What makes it hip hop? I would imagine the rhythm.

Yes, the description on YouTube didn't make much sense to me either. In what way Hip Hop?

That was great. I guess they called it hip-hop because there was scratching on it. Mostly jazz and pop and very well played.
