Well, ok, not tapes literally, but one of those stickers that cover the fingerboard.  Pretty much the same idea.

Umm.. Doesn't seem to be slowing her down much.

It's a sticker with something embedded to act as frets.  Comes two to the set.  The one you see in video and another like but all black.  I have it on my violin and at least for me it helps.  Gentleman in Canada makes them.  Called the Fiddle Fretter.

She is actually not looking at them. Probably uses them when practicing. She is not completely in tune either. Still enjoyable to listen to. :-)
