I can't think of a more beautiful piece of music. Here is a link to a woman named Katica Illenyi playing it with tons of feeling. Always get kinda choked up when I hear this.

Wonderful! My favourite will yet be the Perlman interpretation...there are btw sooo many wonderful versions of this on Youtube. It makes me happy to listen also o the less famous interpretations.

I saw this one first, and then saw Perlman's. She is much easier on the eyes, shows a lot of emotion and is very graceful. I know Perlman played it for the soundtrack in the movie, but I favor this version. I really liked the close up of the bridge on the cello or bass, don't know which. That bridge is huge!
