Hello!

My Name is Christian, but nearly everyone just call me "Chris" :). I am 19 years old and I live in Germany. My knowledge on speaking english isn't that gread, I will try my best tho, so I'll apologize for my bad grammar.

I started playing the violin 8 months ago. I watched a lot of videos on people playing the violin in a classic style, or a modern style, like Lindsey Stirling. She is one of my biggest idols, besides Fiddlerman. Since i wanted to play the violin when i even was a child, unfortunatly i couldn't visit a music-school because we weren't that rich I'll just say, I thought "Well, right now I can't visit any school due to financial problems and having little time for a school, so I guess I just learn playing the violin on my own?" And I did it, and most amazingly i do not regret it! I learned so much in the recent months, and I will do everything to make my knowledge bigger and bigger. My goal is to become a soloist and creating my own music in a modern flavour, like with Dubstep, Drum&Bass, but I also want to learn playing fiddle-music. Fiddle-Music really amazes me. I just love this style!

So yeah, this is how i came into playing the violin. I hope that I'll learn more and more here on the forums and I hope i could maybe even help you guys on problems etc. (even tho I'm a beginner still).
