Hello from France! I started playing the violin in
early August 2019 at the age of 38.
I learn with a teacher, but not in music school.
Since the confinement the courses are in vision 😔.
I liked the fiddlerman group projects a lot, so I hope
to be able to participate in the next one 😉
Actually, I am working on the suzuki method, I am in book 2.
I am sharing with you the last video that I recorded.

maudmaud - nice playing!
I only started a few months before you, then age 63!
Recently, I tried to start a conversation about the connection of traditional French folk music to a thread, "French Canadian & Québécois Fiddle" (in the "Irish, Scottish, English, Cape Breton Genre).
If you are acquainted with the traditional folk music of your local area, I would love to hear about it.
Thank you for sharing your performance!
