Hi folks,
I enjoyed the site as a spectator, but am joining because I enjoy fiddle music and music in general. I am a guitarist for 13 yrs, bassist,drummer, and piano player for about 12 years, I am by no means an expert, nor do I desire to be, I just love music and more than that love to help others figure instruments out, I love to see the look of discovery when someone nails a part that seemed impossible, I admire FMs approach to teach freely and with compassion, its the same ideal I share as well, I look foward to meeting all the sites wonderful people,and embarking on my fiddle safari with all of you.

From your introduction, I know you'll like it here. There are some particularly nice and helpful people on this forum, brought together by Pierre (FM), this site and a love of music in general and the violin/fiddle in particular.
