Lol! I used to work in a Greek restaurant, so the Greek/Turkish question will need to be tiptoed around! You need coffee that is pulverised, and the roast isn't very dark either. Coffee shops can't pulverise the coffee finely enough - you have to buy it from delicatessens in bags. My favourite brand is Charalambous. And make it in <a href="
