Hi everybody. My name is Oğuz and I am a 20 year old fiddler from Turkey. I've been playing the violin approximately for 2 years. That's pretty much it. Wish everyone the best.

@macgueen - Welcome to the forum.

Glad to have Turkey represented here. :) Not sure how many Turkish members we have here.

Good luck with your journey. Looking forward to your posts.

Hello! Turkey is amazing country! I heared that in your country is the best coffee, so can you tell us how to make it right? Because in USA we make coffee by coffee machines (like this for example - https://mykitchenadvisor.com/b.....o-machine/)

Lol! I used to work in a Greek restaurant, so the Greek/Turkish question will need to be tiptoed around! You need coffee that is pulverised, and the roast isn't very dark either. Coffee shops can't pulverise the coffee finely enough - you have to buy it from delicatessens in bags. My favourite brand is Charalambous. And make it in one of these.

If you are serious, tell me, and I'll tell you the method.

The Greeks and Turks may not like each other much, but at least they seem to be mostly in agreement on what makes good food.

My suspicion is that this is a spammer. Only post so far and nothing very relevant said along with a link which I don't trust.

@steveweber -  Prove me wrong and I won't blacklist you.
