hi all,
Lisa from NE Fl. I've been interested in fiddling since high school 38+ years ago lol. It's only been in the last 3.5 years that I've had the opportunity to start with violin lessons. My hope is to learn the foundation of the instrument, then transfer that knowledge over to fiddle. Hasn't happened yet lol
Navigating around the forum is as learning curve for me, so tia for bring patient with me!

yes, “officially” for 3.5 years. “Unofficially” maybe 5 years? When in high school years ago, a family friend loaned me his fiddle to mess with. I managed to squeak out Twinkle Twinkle and I was determined to get my own fiddle. Years later, hubby invited me to go purchase one. $99 later from Amazon, I had a starter kit. Once again, I scratched out Twinkle Twinkle, but then kids came and the fiddle was shelved. Kids are grown, so out came the fiddle again 🎵🎻🎶😂
