hey everyone,

im 28 and i just started learning to play the violin - im a complete beginner to music...ive always wanted to learen - so finally decided to jump in with both feet, eyes closed, holding my breath so to speak :) this site has so far been a bit of a lifesaver!violin-student

Welcome! I'm totally new too and this forum is awesome. The videos are fabulous too. Once I decided to take the plunge I began studying. Fiddlerman is very good and sometimes a little fast for me but I just play them as many times as necessary. Boy I wish we had a slow mode on the videos. Good luck to you and don't hold your breath too long! It will be fun learning with you.
