Instrument making hobbyist from France

Hello

I am David from eastern France (near Germany). I am 47.

I am singer in a group with 1 guitarist, 1 bass-player, 1 drummer, 2 violonists and 1 cello-player. We play pop/rock from The Who to The Frames.

I have been learning the piano for 3 years (I started when I was 32), then singing for 3 other years, then playing the guitar/electric bass for 3 more years.

I then started building an arcade cabinet and a virtual pinball machine. After that I realized that building/crafting is wonderful so I decided to start trying making instruments as a hobbyist. I am going to talk about that in another topic in the right section of this forum.

Did you finish any violins?
