@dheffne welcome to the forum. hopefully someone will respond in your area. I assume youve visited local Irish sessions to see if there maybe is some quebecois interest there. its possible that someone has one in a home or maybe people at another style session would be interested in starting one up.
out of interest in that style, what would you consider say 5 or so most common quebecois tunes that would show up in a quebecois session? Ive watched some online lessons, but dont know anything about the session/jam as it relates to qubecois.

@dheffne -
I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier, but are you planning to attend the November Virtual Online Fiddle Hell?
When I looked at the lineup of workshops & concerts/jams, felt this one is exceptionally strong with Québécois, Down East and Canadian music Workshops, in general. There might even be a way to inquire through their website.
I've only attended the April 2021 Fiddle Hell (it was GREAT!), but I noticed there was a HUGE amount of networking going on, during it.
So, if nothing else pans out, you may find some kindred spirits and fellow Baltimore Fiddlers through Fiddle Hell!
Don't give up!
