I miss playing my violin, which without you I never would have picked one up. From time to time I pickup my violin or go into my shop and see all the violins I had to leave incomplete. Thank you Pierre.

I came here tonight with similar sentiments. I joined this forum on March 14, 2012...just a little over 10 years ago. I don't play my fiddle very much these days; I focus more on mandolin and guitar. But, I learned so much here and enjoyed so much support and camaraderie, that it still feels like home.
I remember you from my early days here.
I still play my fiddle occasionally. I picked it up over the weekend and played a few tunes.
It makes me happy to see that the Fiddlerman community remains strong and I enjoy seeing the group projects.
Many thanks to @Fiddlerman Pierre for creating this wonderful resource and community.

Thoroughly enjoyed what you've posted in the past.
We have the "Party Room", (a year, now) to encourage members to record, but we ALL benefit from what you, more experienced Fiddlers have to offer!

Speaking of, do you remember Fred T? His username is ftufc.
He is a relatively close neighbor now living in Fort Lauderdale. Remember we all met at his house in California?

@Fiddlerman Sorry for the delay in replying. Yes, I have very fond memories of meeting you, Mike, Fred @ftufc in California...attending the NAMM show and jamming at Fred's house. It may sound crazy to travel across the country to attend a jam, but Ted and I had a great time at the show and the jam, and had a fun vacation (we went to Disneyland, too). Very glad we did it.
