Hi, everyone. I'm Arash!
Yep, this is the second post for me to be considered a new member, but my first post was only 5 days ago... anyways, we consider someone a "Member" when they at least have the preliminaries to be active in a forum.
I am, cause I now have a violin I bought just yesterday. and I think its a pretty good violin for my level: Suzuki ATR V200 - Made in Korea (Fake, though. believe me!) - and handcrafted (Also fake...)! doesn't matter to me as far as it has a good tone, though.
I've never played ANY string instrument before this, and I'm only experienced with piano (At least as good as for tuning the violin). I almost forgot: I'm 20 years old
I'm getting to love the violin (Although it happened all of a sudden in the last two weeks) and also the "Mechanical waves" section of any physics book I've studied in the past. and, of course, I hope to get as good as possible in playing the violin.
I also hope to be able to participate actively in the forum discussions soon, and be lucky enough to get answers to my questions here in the forums (I'm some kind of DIY-person, you know?).
I hope not to be marked as a spammer here in the forum, but I AM an enthusiast for sure (At least, those mistakes can be be forgiven for this sake!). nothing more to reveal(!), and thanks for taking time to read this looooong introduction.
I'll be back soon!

Welcome! I think you will find yourself quite comfortable here. ASK your questions, watch the fiddlerman videos, ask more questions this is the way it goes, lol. Congrats on your violin I hope it does have a good sound for you!

Thank you all, guys, for encouraging me and all the other new members. I'm also looking forward to get the best I can from this great website and, of course, its much greater forum! Its the most friendly musical forum I've ever seen
And, of course, I'll upload videos as soon as they get to the point worth watching
Also working on playing "Song of the Dragonborn" on piano. I hope to be able to play it on the violin as well...
