I suppose introductions are in order: I am 65, so a newly minted senior from Canada. I live on an island off the West coast of Canada and very interested in participating in any upcoming virtual orchestra that Fiddleman may be starting.
I have been playing for about 7 years. I do have a learning disability which affects the speed in which I am able to learn the rhythm of a piece of music. So given enough time I would be able to participate in projects like The Game of Thrones.
Looking forward to 'meeting' other members in the forum.

Welcome to the forum, @Ray! So glad to have you join the forum and meet you.
Not to worry about the projects. Fiddlerman makes a number of parts up for violin, viola and cello for different levels. You can always fudge on notes, too. I had to pretend to bow a couple times because I cannot play fast. It may be a little while before we get a group project going, but we will have one. Fiddlerman always makes it work. Great to read that you are interested in joining in on the group projects. 👏👏👏
