Hello fellow Fiddleheads,
After 20+ years away from the violin, I've actually started to practice again. Treating myself like a beginner by playing etudes and scales, while focusing on intonation (which was never my strong suit). Anyway, I'm a typical Capricorn taking a very technical approach.
It's fantastic to see so many passionate fiddlers/violinists in here, and hope all of your enthusiasm will keep me going as well.

Yup, welcome again @pj1968 - plenty inspiration to be found here - from all aspects of playing all the way through to maintenance ( and sometimes major surgery! ) on the instrument itself ! It's a blast !
I seriously recommend not copying my mistakes. D'oh - 
Please make your own, different mistakes, and help us all learn :-)
