@ELCBK Im sure youre familar with musescore..have you tried that?  One thing i noticed though..theres seems to be some challenging stretches to play both parts without shifting some of that 2nd part up an octave unless im not thinking...which is entirely possible. dunnodrooling

in the celtic festival vid it sounds like theyve spread out the parts covering octaves to me.  so in the bottom part of that midi..some of it needs to come up on octave or the top melody needs to come down for my taste.  its probably not a full octave but it would be a start to find where you are in musescore.  then you could play around with the individual notes and get the accomp like you want it.

Guess I better quit looking for ideas - found more in this version I like, too!

Hmm Thinking Here SmileyIt would be very cool to pull some of the attributes I like of all 4 versions together into one piece.

It takes me a while to convince myself I might have the ambition to tackle this - slowly getting a clearer picture of what I want to hear and play.

I haven’t had time to work with this for a moment, because to be honest, I’ve had my hands full of my actual homework, but I will keep that in mind. I tried to play this with some chords but didn't write them anywhere yet.
