Ahhh, thank you so much for the kind words @Mouse
I play largely for my own pleasure, but, at the same time, if it makes someone smile, get engaged with the tune, or even want to dance - that's the icing on the cake - so glad it brightened up your day !
I wouldn't pay over-much attention to my bowing - having been involved in various discussions over the last 4 years about bow holds and specific bowing techniques - I have usually come away more confused than before I entered / read the discussions - and seriously - in my opinion - there simply is no single correct way (although there are certain basic elements and techniques we must understand of course - and over time a certain fluidity evolves)
In actual fact, the fiddle is the MJZ905 from Fiddlershop, and the bow is the 2-star PB. That instrument and bow combination can darned near play itself (OK, slight exaggeration there), and I her with a passion !

It’s such a beautiful and cheerful tune @BillyG, it’s gonna be on my list to learn. And you play it very well, good job! Thanks for sharing Billy
About the bowing, there are so many ways indeed and in the beginning I watched a lot of videos but it made me also more confused 😃
Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about dancing in the rain!!

Thank you @mookje and @Mark.
If you're planning to put it on your list to learn @mookje - you'll notice for sure that I've used the sheet purely as "indicative" of the tune - once you have that basic melody in your mind, you can embellish, decorate and add any articulations that will make it your own ! Enjoy !

Good going, Billy.I see you're cultivating the requisite layer of "serious fiddler rosin residue" in the appropriate spot

@bocaholly - Thanks !
LOL @"serious fiddler rosin residue"
Really, that was just a dusting after a couple of days, like an early autumn frost on the lawn.... it never gets to snowdrift proportions ! I must admit, I neither like nor want a heavy rosin build up (at least not on Li-hua ( my Chinese Princess ) ) and I'm usually quite particular about dusting it off ! [ Besides, she likes that, and gives a little giggle on the E and A as the duster tickles her strings.... LOL enough already Bill ! ]
