From video description

The Gloaming founding member and legendary fiddle player Martin Hayes is joined by Crash Ensemble's Kate Ellis on cello for an absolute masterclass in collaboration, set in the stunning Parke's Castle, Co Leitrim, for Other Voices Anam.

Really like how the cello weaves from backing to playing along as a fiddle in upper octaves.

Cello works wonderful with Martin's playing! 

When Martin plays like this, reminds me I heard/read Bruce Willis once say why he deliberately talks slowly & softly - makes people listen!  ...of course Martin rocks the house at the end!

LOVE that most of these are on the minor side! 

Third one says 'jig' but doesn't feel like one - maybe a slide. 

Think I still prefer Kevin Burke's Galway Bay.
