The Francesco Briotti site has 6 transcriptions on video of Blues/Jazz music by Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Bill Evans, Don Grolnick and Michel Petrucciani. 

Straight forward, Treble Clef - perfect to play along with on the violin!

I had to dig a little to find that "After You've Gone" was 1st recorded in 1918 - composed by Turner Layton & Henry Creamer.  Some great info on these two composers and Frank Sinatra's love of the tune, at Steyn Online.
