Stumbled across 5 videos with Regina Carter discussing playing, improv, practicing etc. 

This one has the lowest view count - but I think has the biggest benefit for me... warming up, stretching/staying relaxed and breathing...

Regina Carter's few instruction videos were some of the very first I found after getting my first violin.  I definitely found them helpful, but kinda wished the audio quality was a bit better.  Still good stuff, though!
