After reading Mouse's post about trying to find something Americana fiddle wise, I did a video about this book--demonstrating one of the tunes, and why I think it's a good starting point for these kinds of tunes.

Nope. H is my last initial, not my middle initial.

@Mouse  @ELCBK  @ABitRusty Thanks!

Just an added note about the book: I went to the online site for the audio files that are available with the book.  The website is listed on the 1st page of the book along with a redeem code.

The audio files listed include a tuning A audio.  For each song, there is an audio for each of the three parts (with guitar in the background): the Basic Tune, the Advanced Tune, and a Backup.  The backup part audios are done with a guitar.

As I suspected, there is no slow down capability for the audio files, but there is a looping option, so that you can loop—and can selected the loop at different points in the tune (i.e., option to loop a specific section, not just the entire tune).

You can also download the audio files so that you can use them offline.

Reply to post 7: That is like the Hal Leonard online. I think, but not positive, the Hal Leonard online allows slow down. I have not used it in a while. They are with the Essentials series. I had another book with online tracks. I could be confusing which had the slow down feature.

I can't wait to receive my book. Hasn't been shipped yet.
