Just checking in at the 2 month mark, I'm still going! I must admit with slipping and missing a few days practise here and there (shh) but I've improved. I've been following fiddlermans videos and can now play my G-Major scale well and the notes of the G string music supplied by fiddlerman. D-Major scale has been started and has seen improvement, but currently struggling a bit on hitting other string while playing the D string. 

In any case, improvement has been made and just being able to play the little "Lightly Row" piece in notes on the G string made me smile

Further down the line I'm now aiming to play the beginner song "Somewhere over the Rainbow" at my dads wedding/reception in August.

Oh and had random urges to play the imperial march tonight, I seem to be collecting random bits of sample sheet music that I want to play but can't yet haha
