Hello guys! I really want to delve into bluegrass and I'm trying to learn it my way. Everything I know about bluegrass/country is by listening and copying melodies and solos that I like. And there I was putting together a lot of patterns as I listen. I have good violin skills and come from a classical background. In addition to my native language, I speak Spanish fluently, but I find myself stuck in English and all courses are in English. I want something that brings me a little closer to this current bluegrass language. I want old-time too, but this style like Jim VanCleve and Pratick McAvinue pleases me a lot and I want to understand their language better. I know it's a long way, but lately I've been focusing more and more on what I really want to play. What do you suggest me? Any site with a good course? methods? ideas? I don't speak English unfortunately, but using some resources like Google Translator I can understand it in parts. Videos on YouTube I understand, because YouTube itself generates the translation in my native language. Most of the platforms I researched offer good courses but no subtitles. I find myself in trouble for this!
