Hey guys!! I know it's been very long since my last post because I was busy with school tests and exams and programs but I still practice everyday around one hour if I have time ^^. As for my progress I'm starting to learn second position now though still not very smooth. I'll try to post me playing tomorrow but I'm still very bad with legato bowing so maybe I'll practice more first Okay then, see you guys soon~

@suresh thanks for the chart unfortunately it wasn't what I was looking for but I really appreciate your help
@FM i already printed your fingerboard chart. It's a really helpful guide!!
@coolpinkone yea it's really scary but thankfully I wasn't injured when it broke
@madwed lol thanks but it will take some time before I post another one of my progress
Thanks for the help guys! I really did intend to post a recording but my E string broke AGAIN yes....because I was tuning again....I want to buy a new one but it is out of stock so I'll have to wait and just play using the 3 strings which is a good thing since I practice 2nd position more now. I'd like to ask though, is it just me that keeps breaking E strings or its a normal occurence for beginners? Anyways I'll post a recording when I buy a new E string and I still play terribly so I wouldn't want to ruin your ears. hehe see you guys soon~ and thanks for all the support!!

It's good to hear from you again, Huey.
You shouldn't keep breaking a E string unless you are tuning it too high and then coming back down to the right pitch. Always tune low and work up. When tuning a violin with new string's, start with the A string first. Tune all four string's gradually, don't take them up all the way at first.
I hope your progression is coming along well. Practice as much as you can.

Nice job, girl.... you need to check your intonation in place's. You're coming along just fine, I realize you have been really busy with your studie's, but now you have more time to work on your violin. I wouldn't start working on another piece / song until you can play that one smoothly and in time, keep practicing Ava Maria even if you have to do it 300 or 400 time's. You'll get sick of it but, the more you play it the better it will sound and other's will be in awe of your violin skill's.
You're doing great, keep it up. Incidentally,, I like your vibrato too.
