I just happened across this site when looking for info on the Hunter's Chorus

Dear Violin Students

If you click on the Archives and make a selection, you will find different lessons. The Hunter's Chorus, as written in the Suzuki Book 2, is done in different speeds, with a metronome and lastly, there is piano. 

It also explains about the repeat sections, etc in text before the video. 

There is a lot here: music theory, other than Suzuki books, etc.
