On the E 4,3,4,1 (3 on A) and back to 1 on the E

I think I would do it all on the A string and switch positions. You could go do it all in 3rd position and then switch to 1st to hit the B or stay in 3rd position and touch the E string to get your B. Actually, that might be the way to go!
