You can also look under learning tools on the top menu of every page. You'll find a counting game and a fingering game as well as a fingering chart.

Also a cool app on the android market called... 'MusicTutor SightRead Lite'. Raggmopp, a new member mentioned this I believe.

That's been a big help to me because I'm not in front of the computer most of the time. And I've really been trying to learn how to ready music again.

On Star spangled banner /wp-content/uploads/2011/07/Star-Spangled-Banner.pdf on the last note there is a dot with a cresent over the note. What does that mean?

That is called a fermata and means to hold the note. You decide how long.
