I studied the piece with my teacher earlier this year, in D, probably the most common key, since that's the one Itzhak Perlman plays it in. In that key there's no problem with harmonics, so I assume the OP is playing it in E. I'll check IMSLP some other time.
Yes, found it, finger A on the E string to get E, then finger B on the E string to get B, as it says in this version. The rest are one octave harmonics on the E and A strings.
