I discovered this site a little over one year ago and bought myself a Fiddlerman Concert Violin. While I played it a bit, other things got in the way and I didn't take out the instrument as often as I would have liked.
I have some more time now, so I started to take lessons recently (focusing on Irish fiddle) and I now try to play the violin almost every day. I'm having so much fun with it, and I hope to be more active here too!
And BTW my teacher really likes the Concert Violin 😉

Yes - life gets in the way at times - but it kind of sounds as if you are now hooked !

I hear ya there! I'm finally really sitting down and focusing on it after a few years of "just playing around" and its amazing how fast we can start to progress when we put our minds to it 😀
