Currently working on getting badges to show up horizontally. Should hopefully figure that out within a week. Thanks for your patience.

@ABitRusty This looks like a good tool, both for rhythm and scales!
Playing along with something is very useful, and being able to loop it is especially helpful. I know that sometimes when I'm working on a 2nd violin part, playing along with the 1st violin part (I use musescore) can make it easier to learn.
Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.

So Strum Machine has an app now. You still have to do a subscription at 49.00/year, but I think it would be worth it.
Im using a demo preset here to show the swing adjustments. Also some other things.
Get this app if you play if you dont have access to other means of backing. Its so useful. thr audio is low qual since having to record using phone mic.

think applications like these are useful for many reasons.
back in my day all we had was band in a box... or real people!!!!
😁
i mean 49.00. for a year. strum machine website
you have to register on their site. you cant do it in the app. but once registered it says you can login in the app and do everything.

Never saw that one. I have done similar things in the past with Band in a Box or using a looped section in Logic (or other DAW) with a drone tone.
I have been thinking about getting something like this again. Personally I would probably go with Band in a Box myself. It's a bit more expensive, but it's a one time purchase. It's just a personal thing, but I refuse to reward software subscription models just as much as heated seat subscriptions. I will gladly pay for a service, but I absolutely will not 'subscribe' to software. Just my take on it.

i bought biab in 2016.
Its great. strum machine seems more geared toward folky stuff which biab wasnt. biab does have alot of folk type genre, but i think it really shines with jazz, rock, and pop type stuff.
i prefer buying vs subscription. one reason i have davinci over the other. 49.00 a year seems ok though. id probably buy upgrades once or every other year at that price anyway.

Yes, the other. The reason I use Final Cut Pro instead of that 'other' as well.
Even though I have Logic Pro and can record my own backing tracks, I still think of something like this. It could be nice for when I want to whip up a backing track really quick.
