Found these concerts were 'livestreams' recorded by the Boda Hembygdsförening Association (Sweden) during 2020 & 2021 - they wanted to help keep up music interest during normal times of their Festival & Summer activities.

There are many videos here of wonderful fiddlers & some other musicians in Boda, probably from all around the surrounding countryside, known for great music.

A well known accordionist & violinist, more of Mats Edén's viola d'amore!

The first tune is a polska named Nymåne (comp. Mats Edén)

The second is a trad. from Norway: Tussebruferdi på Vossevangen i form efter Knut Dale (Mats was taught the tune by Per Anders Buen Garnås).

So the last video led me to the FOLK - et ljydarkiv YouTube Channel, which shows different forms of Scandinavian music... plenty of fiddlers!

I think this tune's name is "Scottish Highland Cattle" - composed by Carina Juul Nielsen & Thomas Birch, the En:1 duo.  The Scottish Highland Cattle caught my eye here!  GREAT tune & you can see the Roskilde Fjord!  Btw, Roskilde (Denmark) hosts the largest music festival in the Nordic Countries - one of the largest in Europe!

Remember, the Nyckelharpa may look complicated (sure seem easier on the body 😉), but just think of as basically playing the Viola!  ALL Violists can relate to this music!  Cellists, too - violin may need to play an octave higher.

...it will take me a while to get thru all the music at these 2 sites, but everything looks exciting!
