There's some info on Nordic music I thought would be nice to have readily available here, and might even prevent some confusion. 

Like, in case you ever run across the note... 'H'!  

The note 'H' exists!  What musical notes are called in Europe.

Most of these fingered & bowed ornaments may not seem unusual, but maybe the way they are used might be... good to know what is expected when playing folk music in the range of this genre.
