Every time I look at this forum, ConvertPlug sends me a big pop-up asking me to subscribe to Emails, although I've already done that twice. Is it happening to everyone?
Also I'm getting a lot more Spam recently, but I'm not saying ConvertPlug is the only possible source of that.

I'm not getting any popups from FM except when I cursor off the main page and the "subscribe to FM" popup appears.
No 3rd party ads or popups at all. Most sites I visit I will get ads for products that I looked at on Amazon or Ebay, but never anything like that here.
Sounds irritating to say the least. Hope you're able to find the cause.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll double check all the settings. I HATE spam which is why you will not be receiving an excessive amount of emails from us.

I don't know much about caches (ha, my professional computer programming was a very specific type that didn't involve my knowing anything about machinery). It's possible I have a weird cookie setting on my browser. I'll check that some time, but I'm off for ukuleles and beer right now. The pop-ups are more puzzling than annoying.

I've been quiet because I haven't been around this week - my girlfriend's house got flooded out, so I'm spending 5 days a week there helping her sort things out. I'm off ukeing again tonight (every Tuesday night), but I have to go back again on Thursday for another 5 days.
(we've been together 22 years and still live apart. Long story!). She's got the internet now, so maybe I'll start taking my laptop. She hates music, but I'm going to have to take my fiddle or I'll never get any practice done!

No, she lives about 5 or 6 miles from me as the crow flies. She has a water tank in her loft and while she was spending 5 days on the coast visiting a girlfriend, the ballcock died.
(Maybe I should check out ballcock in an English-American dictionary, lol!)
