Hi guys
Was just sending a couple of PMs to folks and though I'd give you a a 'Hi'
So here I am sitting in hospital feeling sore and sorry for myself 'and' missing my fiddle. Have been here a week now but have been checking the forum on a regular basis.
I'm in here with something a bit painful but not life threatening. May not be playing the fiddle much in the near future but it will all come good. It's amazing how quickly your fingers start to 'de-callus'. It's only been a week and I can feel a difference already. I reckon I'll be playing again in about a week.
I hope to be going home tomorrow but it's not so bad here really (if you have to be in hospital). I'm in a private room with ensuit and an ocean view. We 'do' have a great public hospital system down here but I like to be pampered when a bit of pain is involved.

Hope you are well soon Ferret and that the pain of what ever it is, is easily managed.
