I was reading about advanced A.I. conversations.

I'm usually pretty good at picking up on abnormalities, but with trying to translate cultural & language differences - I don't want to be rude.  ...'tact' is not my strong suit.

The problem is I can't even be sure any online advice about the subject is 'real'!

facepalm

Anyone else thinking about this?

I read somewhere that there are more ai bots and paid posters than real people posting on the internet, so who knows what's real.

Sooner or later though, an AI will post something that gives it away - after all they don't have any kind of reasoning mind, they just choose each word based on the statistical likelyhood of what the next word usually would be be based on the all the material they've been trained on.

Emily so you noticed, I saw it straight away. AI comes out with pointless meaningless things, and learns by your own answers and then doesnt make the same mistake again.

For instance lets say you had 2 shotguns, one of them needed the barrel cleaning, so rather than clean it, the AI would probably suggest taking the barrel from one gun and putting it on the other.

It constantly contradicts itself as well, proclaiming to be learning something and then in the next breath coming out with expert advice, which often doesnt really make any sense.

Cant beat a sunny day
