I started a thread on this Forum about a week ago regarding a potential DIY method of torrefied violin bridges and began the post with a potential step procedure. I just purchased a toaster oven and plan to do some experiments in this area. The step procedure is very likely to change. Is there any method where-by I would be able to edit the original step procedure in the future based on experimental data? The thread is currently not very long but I would like provide a corrected procedure in the beginning if possible. Thank you.

Yes. On the same line you see PM, Quote, and Report, on your own posts you'll see an Edit button. Click that and you'll be in the same mode you are for creation, but with the previous text already there. Make whatever edits you care to, preview if desired, and then save it.
Some people say that they edited it, but the software doesn't require that or add it on its own.
