I know its a little much but Ive got a few tunes on the back log from class trying to get memorized ...thought Id start parties with them to share.   Try and get to the earlier partys first unless youve just got one that fits here.

Tunes or songs that have a Mother..Father..brother sister son daughter...you get the idea in the name or as a main theme of the lyrics.

 I dont know what inspired this ones name.  It sounds like a gang from the old west..lol..guess i shouldve called it the outlaw party.

Amazing playing Abitrusty I think you really sound like a pro! Loving your videos and party ideas! I haven’t practiced this since October and only had a couple of run throughs but I thought I’d challenge myself. Sorry it’s so out of tune in places it even goes off the scale on my tuner ! Oops need to work on that and everything else.

Thought this may amuse you all, this is my run through of john whites mother, just stuck o neils on the stand read it then carried on and played it, give me a break though as I had never even heard of this tune till last night shen i played it on mando to hear what it sounded like, anyway here for your amusement is my run through up to the point I got it right and uploaded, hope it gives you a laugh

https://youtu.be/xOXHssOapfs

just before I got it right I started to get annoyed with one part, you will see which bit I mean, I think a practice outtakes would be a good thread. Sometimes though mine get a bit angry, if I dont get it by the100000000attempt

@ABitRusty - As always, great performance that you make look so easy!

@Katie L - Nice, love the tune and your rendition.

@stringy - Nicely done, fun tune. Love the exasperation in the troublesome part, it's much more controlled than mine! lol

@ABitRusty -

Spreadin' the Gospel of Music!

Great jig - sounded wonderful!

You make playing "The Reverend Brothers" look effortless!
Have to admit, I want to put this on my list!

Thanx for starting this "Family-Style" Party!

...will see what I can do

once things get back to quasi-normal around the house.

Loving the gifs Emily ? Thanks . It’s nice going back to previous pieces. By the way I’m in touch with a luthier hopefully he can help me with my set up! Thanks for the suggestion.
