This is a party in honor of Fiddlerman and Fiddletalk. Fiddlerman became the first member of Fiddletalk 11 years ago on Sept 26.

In honor and in appreciation of all his generosity, this party is strict.

It MUST be a song from Fiddlerman's many Tunes of the Week. You cannot repeat a song that has already been done. We want to hear as many as possible.

You must use his sheet music as a base, the first time through.

If you play through it more than once, HAVE AT IT! Set those hairs and strings on fire, anyway you want!

❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🚒

Let the CELEBRATION BEGIN!

🎉🍰🥂🍨🎉

Don't forget to wish Fiddlermam and Fiddletalk a Happy 11th Anniversary in the Breakroom.

My choice was a tune a week #15 Theme from Cinema Paradiso.

I took Fiddlerman’s sheet music and just dropped it one octave down. This is a really nice tune! There are many others I would like to try also, but now it’s someone else’s turn! Let's celebrate! 🥳🥳

@Ilona Great Job on Cinema Paradiso.  This is a nice piece--a good film, too.

here it is @mouse...very late and about 3:30 to long.  after first go around nuttin more to see.  for some reason i went dark on the chords...and went with a waltz beat on backing so that probably makes it a sommarwaltza...totally missed the feel i guess but oh well its what I came up with. I almost have the notes down so thats a plus.lol. and you may wanna check volume low then adjust if you want to hear.  may be loud.  Cool tune.  I think theres alot more to explore on this in the future.

@ABitRusty Nice playing! I like the backing track.  I think your choice of rhythm was good--the waltzy works well with it.

Hope I am not too late to join this party....this is a work in progress. I know what I need to improve on but thought I would share progress so far. After getting my first Violin at the start of this year and starting to learn from the free resources on here, I am so grateful for the sheet music and tutorials available (thanks Fiddlerman). I might not quite do this justice yet but Santa might be bringing me a new Violin to help and I will keep improving!

First, it's never too late to join a party (as far as I've been told) and a more importantly second, great job!
